Small Groups

Training in small groups combines personalized attention with the motivation of teamwork. Typically consisting of four to eight participants, these sessions allow for individualized adjustments, ensuring more control, technical efficiency, and reduced risk of injury. This approach promotes safe and effective progress for all skill levels.

Pilates Accessories

Join our Pilates Accessories classes at Claudia Piotto’s ON Studio to develop core strength, flexibility and stability. These sessions use equipment such as foam rolls, fit balls, elastics, bamboo sticks, small balls, and TRX to add variety and intensity. Focused on precision and alignment, you will improve posture, balance and have the action of your inner muscles.

Mat Pilates

Our Mat Pilates classes at Claudia Piotto’s ON Studio offer a transformative experience focused on building strength, flexibility and core stability. Our Mat Pilates sessions are based on the 6 fundamentals created by Joseph Pilates: concentration, control, fluidity, breathing, precision, and centralization.

Designed to sculpt and tone your body, Mat Pilates emphasizes precision and alignment to effectively target specific muscle groups. Without the need for specialized equipment, you will perform a series of low-impact exercises on the mat, improving your posture, improving balance and developing muscles using your own body weight.

Personal Training

At ON Studio by Claudia Piotto, we also offer Personal Training packages with focused attention and personalized workouts to achieve your unique goals, whether it’s building muscle, improving flexibility or improving cardiovascular health. Nutrition

My name is Marcelo Ferro, I am a Nutritionist, with a Postgraduate Degree in Clinical Pharmacology and a Master’s Degree in Aging Sciences (Gerontology). I worked as a Nutritionist for the Paralympic Judo Committee between the London 2012 Olympic Games and the Rio de Janeiro 2026 Olympic Games. I have over 70 world champions on my resume as a nutritional consultant. I currently work as the Scientific Director of the Nutrition Formulators, Inc. Laboratory in Florida. I have two published books, one on mitochondria (Mitochondria: Metabolism, Aging, and Associated Pathologies) and one on the medicinal properties of copaiba oil (Copaiba Oil: Much More Than a Simple Resin), and 15 published scientific articles. I have two provisional patents on inflammatory control through terpenoids and cannabinoids, and on the synthesis of metal-organic molecules. I have experience in my practice, treating over 6,000 patients. My work in clinical nutrition consists of developing a diet that respects the pH of the digestive system as well as the internal temporal organization of the organism, which is based on circadian rhythms. Improving the digestive system reduces oxidative stress caused by a heterogeneous diet and improves the body’s overall inflammatory control. Not everything we eat is absorbed. This methodology comes from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Anthroposophical Medicine. Respecting the organ schedules and the pH of the digestive system promotes more energy, improved immune system, better sleep and overall vitality.

Teens

The program for teenagers aims to inspire our girls to develop an appreciation for physical activity, emphasizing the benefits of exercise and the importance of posture during this challenging phase of life. Understanding the significance of posture during adolescence is essential, as this is a period of constant growth and change.

During training, we assist the girls in strengthening their muscles and bones, which is vital for healthy development. Furthermore, maintaining good posture at this age helps prevent spinal issues and back pain as they mature.

The program also seeks to raise awareness about how posture impacts self-confidence and personal image among adolescents, as an upright posture conveys assurance and self-esteem. By encouraging healthy postural habits now, we are investing in the future well-being and health of our girls, preparing them for an active and healthy life.
